Sweet and Sour Amigurumi Bears and Friends
Materials:
Sweet:
*1 skein of The Original Sugar & Cream 4ply cotton yarn Hot Pink
*1 skein of The Original Sugar & Cream 4ply cotton yarn in White

Ice Cream Cone Mascot
*1 skein of The Original Peaches & Cream 4ply cotton yarn in Baby Green

A Note On Gauge: The crochet fabric needs to be tight, so if you change yarn weight, make sure you use a hook size that is at least 2 sizes smaller than the label of the yarn calls for.
Sweet and Sour are both made exactly the same way. The difference between them is the colors used and the face that is embroidered. Follow the pictures to embroider the faces, and make each Bear their mascot friend!
These patterns are worked in continuous rounds. Do not join rounds. Use a stitch marker to mark the end of your rounds.
Tasty Bears
Muzzle
With white, Ch 4
Round1 2 sc in first sc, sc in next 2 sts, 2 sc in next sc, working on the back of the chain, sc in last two sts, place stitch marker (8)
Round 2 2 sc in first two sts, sc in next 2 sts, 2 sc in next two sts, sc in last 2 sts (12)

Embroider on the nose and mouth.

Place the eyes between rounds 12 and 13 and 9 stitches apart on the head. If you are making Sweet, embroider on the eyelashes before you secure the eyes with the safety backs. If you are making Sour, embroider the eyebrows on before you stuff the head. Stuff the head firmly. Sew on the muzzle between the eyes. Sew the ears onto the head. Weave in ends to finish off.

Round 2 *2 sc in next sc, 1 sc in next sc* around (18) Slip sc the last sc of the round to make the circle more rounded.
Sew the tummy to the body. Weave in ends to finish.
Legs make 2
With body color yarn create a slip ring. Sc to secure circle, then 6 sc in ring. (6)

Rounds 2-9 sc in each sc around (8)
Stuff the legs and sew them to the body. Weave in ends to finish.
Arms make 2

Sew the arms to the body. Weave in ends to finish.
Tail
With body color yarn create a slip ring. Sc to secure circle, then 6 sc in ring. (6)

Fold the tail in half and sew it to the bears bum. Weave in loose ends to finish.
Sour’s Lemon Mascot
With yellow yarn create a slip ring. Sc to secure circle, then 6 sc in ring. (6)

Round 3 2sc in each sc. (12)
Round 4 sc in each sc around (12)

Place the safety eyes on the lemon 3 stitches apart. Embroider on the mouth. Stuff the lemon and continue on.

Free Amigurumi Pattern! Dim Bulb

Place mouth. To create mouth, tie a large knot in the end of a 4 inch length of black yearn. Thread the yarn onto yarn needle. Insert the needle into the bulb and come out between rounds 11 and 12 a stitch to the side of the left eye. Insert the needle back through the bulb on the same round one stitch to the right of the right eye. Tie a large knot on the inside of the bulb to hold the smile in place. Make sure you are stuffing the bulb as you go.

At the last st of round 16, change to the yarn color you are using for the screw part of the bulb.

Assembly
With a long length of yarn sew the body to the shell. The most secure method to do this is to start at one side of the tail, sewn up one side of the body, across the neck, and down the other side of the body. Weave in loose ends.
