For my contest entry for Walk on the Wild Side I wanted to create an animal amigurumi that I had never seen before. While doing some research online I came across the Aye-Aye, a little lemur from Madagascar that is at one time the cutest and creepiest animal I have ever seen. Right now I am trying to figure out if I want to make my amigurumi life-like or cartoony. But if you want to see something interesting, look up Aye- Aye’s in Google images. They are crazy looking critters.

Argh! The eye-aye is so cute! I love the photo of him (her?) hanging on to the scale. Everything is so adorable here. I clicked over this morning in my blog rounds (can't remember where from now, sorry!) and I'm so glad I did. I'm always looking for new ami's to make.
